Didn't Kaio-sama say something about not being able to do the spirit bomb...Or didn't master or something...I forgot what he said.

Yeah, I think he said that he never was able to master it. So if he were playable maybe he could perform it but it would be a lot smaller and not nearly as powerful as Goku's would be.

It's Baby Vegeta Oozaru in-game! In one pic he's doing "Rache Todesball final" which probably means "Rage Deathball" or "Revenge Deathball" if I'm not mistaking. (Damn my rusty German)

Don't get your hopes up. By King Kai they mean Supreme Kai, they have their knowledge messed up.

They probably mistook Kaiôshin for Kaiô-sama and knew Kaiô-sama had a monkey named Bubbles. They probably decided it would be funny to mention this, still not realizing that the one they thought was Kaiô-sama was actually Kaiôshin.

Personally, I don't believe it. We've seen pics and conformation of what appears to be every character in the game. Why would we never have seen a single one of Kaiô-sama? Why would there be this one character who just happened to have never been shown even if all the others were? I'm sticking with the idea that they mixed him up with Kaiôshin.

Well, we have seen Kaio-sama pics, just not playable ones.

Maybe they're doing more than we thought with that character model.

Complaint: Alright, we've seen a lot of preview movies/images from this game already, and I have yet to find the one thing I hoped that Spike would improve on: Facial Expressions!

What the hell? The cutscenes would suck without facial expression. What's the use for cutscenes if they're not going to put facial expressions? Would it just kill them? No! Dragon Ball Z3's WAY better at facial expressions. I really don't want to see the disastrous result of lacking facial expression from the last game to appear in this near-perfect DBZ RPG/Fighter. Remember the permenant smirking of Ultimate Gohan, Super Perfect Cell, and etc.? Boy, that was annoying!

Well, I went on wikipedia(yeah yeah, I know, but it only had the characters I've seen confirmed already) and counted all the characters and transformations and when you count the transformations as characters there are 130 confirmed characters. Looks like everyone in the game has been revealed already.
