They wouldn't have had all of their promotional material pushing the original cast, and then turn around and change them becase 2chan said so < < And Miss Nozawa was already in the comercial.

Maybe they brought back the key seiyuu to voice commercials for it?

I would rather have the original cast doing the re-voicing instead of an new cast. It would feel weird with an cast doing the voices we all know and love.

I very highly doubt the validity of these recasts. First off, as far as I know, there is no origin for this. Second, Nozawa herself voiced the commercial. If they were going to recast the whole series, do you really think that they would cast the main character's voice in the ad, and then not have her voice Goku? I highly doubt that.

This is probably nothing more than internet stuff that is false. I wouldn't worry about this at all.

well, these are the japanese, so its not completly unexpected, they also tend to make false advertising at times

I may be remembering wrong (it was over two years ago), but I remember most comments being about how FUNimation's explanations were full of holes. Which is the main thing. Had Toei not finished releasing Z in Japan and jumped to making this series, I would be pissed at them just as much (if not more) than FUNi. At this point, I can only do what I did for FUNimation: Comment on the very, very small amount I've seen (which, credit where due, FUNi wasn't being 100% honest in their promotional materials for the Z remastered sets, but everything said directly by Toei appears to be true so far) and wait for the final product to make my judgment.
