I wanted to avoid spoilers but I decided to just give in.

Hmm. I can understand why he might not be playable, but I see nothing really keeping him from being playable: (DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS ON THE WHOLE ENDING.)

--Mira was dead? Demigra is dead? Towa is not dead... and she finds the remains of Mira? The green jewel looks like it is from Mira's chest armor, because Demigra didn't have any that were green? Can't tell by voices alone. Regardless....SEQUEL PLZ.

Ha! I had a feeling this was going to happen if only because I expected a sequel with Fu. Of course, I guess there is still DLC and these bonus missions(don't know what happens in these). Also I have to wonder if Demigra was in any way inspired by Watanabe's Beerus.

does that ending heavily hint at a future Time Breaker Bardock?

I think including Broly in Xenoverse is a missed oportunity. They could've saved all of the old movies' content for a Xenoverse 2 storyline, where they start messing with alternate timelines. EDIT: Perhaps using more GT with characters like Redict, Rilld and more dragons. And with more Heroes and Online races and options for created characters.
At this point, I'm surprised he wasn't a secret boss in Origins and/or Origins 2.

Apparently based on what I've seen on shonengame playthrough. I think if you turn into a super saiyan before the cutscene, you're a super saiyan in said cutscene

Talked to Sergio and he said that TB Bardock is not in the game (disappointing ), and that the only other version of him we will be getting is Dark Bardock.

A friend told me SSJ4 Gogeta and Beerus interacted in a stream, like Gogeta knew him (it was in Japanese, so he didn't know the exact words, so I assume they referred to each other by name).

Any idea what they might have said to one another.

he'd be used in Broli's. Also didn't care enough to watch beyond which movie set-up they were using. Do very much hope they do the Episode of Bardock stuff later, though, even if in DLC.
