Yeah it is.
I don't get what's people obsession with having blood all over the place (a black hole/burn is more than enough to get the grasp and emotionnal aspect of what happens to Goku and Raditz for example - they both die for something has gone through them, you don't need a splash of red liquid to make you understand "something going through your chest = not good to survive the next few minutes").

If done well, a fight can be much more intense and dramatic without a single drop of blood than some other bloodier battles, and that's the case with this movie judging by Kei who found the battles absolutely amazing!

Did everyone go Super Saiyan while making Goku a Super Saiyan God? Was it a requirement?

Also, the scene in the trailer where Goku power ups, does go SSG during that scene?

Hopefully if they do make a new series they don't restrict themselves to a G-rating so we can have at least GT level blood and stuff

Why do you care how violent the movie is? Blood and gore don't make the movie, the story and characters do.

For me a bit of blood adds some more drama and realism to the fight, if blood is completely absent I'll live and still enjoy the fight.

I saw some people pointing out the plot hole of Videl being pregnant when Goten and Trunks are only 9 & 10 when they were likely 13 & 14 when Pan was born. I think it's possible that Videl has a miscarriage and they don't try have a baby for another few more years.

I highly doubt they'd go that route, that's really dark for something as happy (overall) as Dragon Ball. I'd be disappointed if they went that route anyway, because it could imply that the miscarriage was because of it taking part in the SSG 'ceremony'.

That and, they seem to flat-out refer to the baby as 'Pan', unless Kei's just using the name for his own ease and benefit, since...we know that's the kid's name.

So based on what Kei's told us, I've got conflicting feelings.

What I like (so far):
- The movie seems to be both funny and action-packed (and even a little touching).
- Videl being pregnant with baby Pan!
- Super Saiyan God is just a minor power-up and isn't anything like the over-the-top AF designs we've seen.
- Goku doesn't win. Hell, none of the heroes win. Very innovative for the Shonen genre and a nice change from the norm.

What I dislike (so far):
- Everything about Super Saiyan God just sounds like lame storytelling. "Yeah, it's a limited form, but once you know what the power feels like, you can tap into it whenever! Oh, and you need to gather six Saiyans together! For some reason! And a recently-conceived baby totally counts! Oh, and Gohan is allowed to be a Super Saiyan for this scene only."
- Apparently nobody really gets a chance to shine (in fight scenes or otherwise), aside from being swatted away with one blow.
- Some of the character designs aren't entirely consistent with when this movie is supposed to take place (but I'm nitpicking).

Couldn't care less about power comparisons as long as everybody is in-character and entertaining.

I'd love to know if any of the characters not included in the voice cast list (Chaozu, Kaioshin, etc.) speak, but other than that, I'm happy just reading whatever Kei's willing to confirm. I feel bad putting all of the spoiler-duties on one poor guy.

It does seem like Sailor Moon, but it's not like they show the actual transformation sequence and there is no magical costume.

No doubt, but I'm extremely grateful that he put up with the bombardment as long as he did. We've already gotten some amazing info out of it.
