Plotwist - They're preparing to have 10 long-running anime.
I'm bad at English and still learning. If there's anything wrong, please correct me. :D

I tried my hand at "correcting" Yamamuro's recent art.

I would imagine it will help speed things along in improving Super's schedule.

Can you make a side by side comparison ?

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

It's great! I think the neck and eyes could be improved though . For the eyes it looks like you tried to add a curve on the bottom. I think that works well for the "box" eyes but in this picture it kind of looks like he just smelled something bad. Everything else is great, and is either equal to or better than the Yamamuro one. The nose, mouth line and chest are done better for instance.

Much better than the original. The hair bugged me just a bit, so I took a try at redrawing it myself. That, plus a couple of minor alterations and a palette swap.

Regardless, great job at recapturing the old Z style!

Attack on Titan manages to blend swinging 2D characters with moving 3D backgrounds quite well, why can't DBS do the same? I think having more dynamic and freely moving backgrounds will do a great service to the action, since there's a lot of flying. Hopefully the tournament ring is full time CG rather than still paintings and few awkward CG shots. This has been my big gripe with Super, very little background animation, even lesser than DBZ.
Feel free to correct me if I say something wrong.

If it's going to speed things along, the question then becomes how much so, and thats currently not a question we have an answer to.

Your designs are the softest of the ones presented. What a shocker.

I actually expected this, but l am still kind of upset that this effort didn't go into the episode that actually needed corrections. They basically brought Episode 66 from an 8/10 to and 8.1/10. I'd be interested to learn what the logic is behind the correction choices, if there is any at all.

AoT isn't the same as DB, we already saw 3D scenes in the movie and didn't turn out well. I would like to see it in Super though, 3D backgrounds with 2D characters because that was good in the movies, but I don't know if the staff is able to do that yet.

Some of the corrections are really minor some are better like the fire blast some are straight weird like changing the green aura from the fusion.

More corrections have come out. It's so hit and miss. There are some perfectly good changes and just as many negligible ones. The only ones that I find to show a noticeable increase in quality are these

Other than the seemingly unfinished shot from the broadcast that has now been corrected (pictured below), the whole thing seems to be wasted effort. Really disappointed at this episode being chosen over 67.

We had months off of a main arc & this current arc seems to be heavily outsourced too, was there really not a single person available to correct some Kitano? Yamamuro is not exactly doing much...

Remember that episode 66 had production issues (the simulcast was delayed by Crunchyroll because of it), so it's probably not "corrections", but just things that Hatano didn't have time to put on it.

So, Gohans small eyes come from him having two different designs right ? Does that mean that non -srrious Gohan without glasses will always look weird ?
