That is no mistake. They are not in the same room or anything personal presence-wise. They exist on one and the same sheet but that's it. As you can see I have not drawn their heads, et cetera fully. I often do that. Look at Fusion Zamasu. I want to draw another person/thing so I stop that one model and begin using space for the other one. And in this case, Black's hair was not finished. Or Zamasu was not drawn more and then Black's hair not fully. I do not remember which one I started with of the two.
