Since we're on the subject of Figuarts, does anyone know of a place to get the original SS Goku cheaper than HLJ's $40(ish) shipped? I'm tempted, but its on backorder there anyway. I was supposed to get one for $30 shipped from a fellow member on DBTI before it went to crap. They went to Japan, but it didn't work out because of a crappy PM error on the board. I've kind of stopped looking since then because everyone wants to charge $50 or more before shipping, and that's not a trap I'm willing to fall into.

Personally, I don't have an issue using SAL.... I've never lost an item, and I've made a lot of them from Hobby Link. It just takes an extra few days.

Well, right now it is just an issue of it being backordered, so I figured I'd try to look around and see if any one else can offer a better deal. I planned on using SAL actually, but without actually placing an order and seeing the exchange rate, their estimates place the figure at around $32 and $8 shipping. That's not too bad, much better than buying the figure for $50 somewhere else and then being charged $30 to ship it.

I was just wondering if there was any place cheaper than HLJ, since some people in here are friends with leprechauns, fairies and other things, magically pulling cheap deals out of nowhere on occasion. =P

Seeing how we haven't gotten the other figures they already had prototypes of, like Vegeta, Goku, SS3 Goku and wasn't there a normal Trunks too? I doubt we'll be seeing a SS3 version of him.

There's no info about it on the HLJ item page. All I can gather is that it was a special figure made for Jump's 40th. It's in stock and I kinda want it.
