Wasn't expecting them to separate Tao Pai Pai from the Red Ribbons.

So, reconfiguring my speculation for the top 10

9. King Piccolo
8. 17 and 18
7. Majin Buu
6. The Ginyu Force
5. Beerus

When people says that Android 17 and 18 are good villains they are talking about their future counterparts right? I didn't see them as much villains in the main timeline afterall

My predictions to TOP 10:
10. Red Ribbon Army
9. Piccolo
8. 17 and 18
7. Majin Boo
6. The Ginyu Force
5. Beerus
4. Cell
3. Vegeta
2. King Piccolo
1. Freeza
I'm not convinced that Piccolo Jr. and King Piccolo get separate entries.

I think King and Jr. Should get separate entries. If they do, I don't think there's any argument for Jr. Ranking below his father.

Oh that t-shirt special was great...I chuckled a lot.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

I love the idea of Red Ribbon Army. I just wish Toriyama had thought of them early on, because imo they are too epic to be dealt with in one story arc.

Oh I absolutely adore the Red Ribbon arc. So I'm a happy camper with the army breaking the top 10.

Also really fun shirt commercial. I wasn't one of the people who was hype for Broly. But as each day goes by my excitement keeps rising. Overflowing even.

Hmm, Interesting.

More speculation time then
10. Red Ribbon Army
9. Majin Buu
8. 17 and 18
7. The Ginyu Force
6. Piccolo Jr
5. Vegeta
4. King Piccolo
3. Beerus
2. Cell
1. Frieza
The best argument I can figure for having King rank better than Jr. would be the fact that Jr. turned good. So adjusting for that pushes several other villains back as well.

The only thing I didn't quite liked about them is how Goku alone finish them all, it could take more time or the gang assisting him to do it

My guess is because the father has better villan feats than the son., i.e: King Piccolo killed heroes, Shenron, only (manga) villan in successeding in getting their wish, brings tonal shift into the series while the son only fights the heroes in the 23rd tenkiachi budokai.
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.

The part where one of them started reciting TV Tropes titles was unbelievably cringey.

Boo being below the Ginyus (or Cell for that matter) would be unbelievably lame.

Hey, since we're talking about different incarnations anyway re:Piccolo, do the Boo incarnations get separate entries? I assume not.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

That's true. The RRA arc had a lot of fodder and weaker 'sub-bosses', it would have been a good opportunity to do something like One Piece so often does (Goku/Luffy takes on the main villain while the other Z fighters/Straw hats take on his lieutenants). We could have had stuff like Yamcha vs. Ninja Murasaki, Roshi and Krillin vs. General Blue, etc.
Cool stuff that I upload here because Youtube will copyright claim it: https://vimeo.com/user60967147

Thank God for Toriyama's editor, the twists and turns in that arc was the best.
