Strong people can survive the Mafuba. God did. Though some theorize the difference in powers also plays a factor, so maybe he would. Or maybe Sage Piccolo perfects the Mafuba.

The only new transformation is SSJ5. Ascended SSJ4 and True SSJ4 are just advanced versions of SSJ4.
