Yeah actually. Having the .psd file would be a lot easier for me. I was working with multiple layers of the .jpg file, so I had to erase here and there.

I'm also trying to work on an Oozaru poster for you guys, using Steve's image of the moon and an Oozaru screenshot from the movie. I have the Dragon Box so the shot should be pretty high quality.

I would have probably auditioned and offered to help with all this stuff, but school was keepin' me busy. Now that it's pretty much over, I have some extra time now.

Alrighty, I'll get you the .psd. Having a good, HQ screenshot of Oozaru Gohan is better than relying on me to draw it, too, since I've got a busy weekend ahead of me. And DragonBox quality is about... as good... as...

... O_o

Yeah haha..I have the movies Dragon Box..I bought it off Amazon Japan while they were having that unexpected sale. Well worth it I must say.

Here's the Oozaru poster. I don't like it as much as the Tullece vs. Goku one, but I guess it would work as a teaser. It seems to me like something's off in this one. I just don't seem to know what it is... Someone give me an idea of how to fix it!!! :?

Image

I also made two subtle changes on the first poster. One is taking off the outline on "Battle for Earth" and the other is just moving "...Can it be stopped?" down a bit.

Sweet.

I just e-mailed you the .psd for mine. See what you can do. :D

Also, I'm liking your titles/lettering, too.

Whatcha think, Stevey? Should we go with his logo or have him use ours?

I miss "apocalypse is here" in that poster design, but other than that it looks real good.

Oh, so you think you can just 'jump in' and overtake me, huh?! YOU THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN ME? You ain't no better than me. Look at you comin' in here thinkin' you're a big shot! You think you can do better than me?! WE'LL SEE! YOU'LL ALL SEE! I mean business, baby- and I ain't gonna stop until I surpass your posters on every level!

YOU HEAR ME! I'm gonna get you Saiyan, I'm gonna get you!

...

*Ahem*

So... yeah, nice work. And I think it'll be a good idea to keep all the posters the same format (like the 'Apocalypse Is Here' one and the 'Once It Takes Root... There's No Turning Back' one), keeping Kino's logo and the credits where they originally are. But... you'll have to do some experimenting before you find what's right- so just play around with it a bit, finding out what works (though of course, I recommend keeping everything the same format  ).

Here's two posters. I fixed the Oozaru one, and used the .psd file of Kaboom's to make this one.

Face to Face.

Second poster is looking MUCH better now man. Great job. Not only that, but Goku's posture now looks a lot more natural.

Awesome posters, man. There's one problem though. The last bit of the text credits seems to be squished (Look at SSJ Kaboom's name in the last, and second lines of the credits, and compare to see what I mean)

But other htan that, excellent stuff. Love the Oozaru poster.

Ohhh, I see what your saying. Well, I didn't make the credits. I just grabbed it from Kaboom's .psd file and dragged it onto my posters.

Thanks! Lemme know if I can help with anything.

Nice work on the 'Face To Face' poster; the way Goku and Tullece are looking at each other (with Tullece above Goku) works better than before. Though, there are still jagged edges, and missing bits (such as the Toei animation logo and the 'Creative Consultant' text next to Kino's name in the credits). Also, I don't think its necessary to put that much lens flare over it.

Anyway, this is what I envision for the 'Apocalypse' poster:

Image

I scanned in that Oozaru picture, but I'd still like Kaboom to draw one- to make the poster more like our own (like the way he did with the Earth in the other posters).

This is a rough draft, by the way...

Oh, and I honestly don't know if its good or not; after looking at it for a long time, it becomes something else. :?

Wh00t, awesome-tastic all around, guys.

Like I said, I'm in the middle of a very busy weekend, but once it's over or when I get some free time, I'll get a nice Oozaru drawn up.

Saiyan, I really liked what you did with your earlier Face to face poster by adding more color to the fruit. Why didn't you do it on the second one?

Well, I felt that in the second poster, the main idea was to have Goku and Tullece facing off. In the first poster, the focus was the tree killing the planet and the nutrients entering the fruit.

Perry, I like your Oozaru poster a lot! I wanted to find a picture of an Oozaru like that, but I couldn't find one with a high enough quality..so I changed what I had to do to what my second poster came out to be. Good job. :)

Well, I have a very nice little update amongst all the poster-related craziness.

We've got an FTP server! Image

Acid_Reign has ever so graciously provided us with a constant, stable, 400+GBs of space for holding footage! As an added bonus, it works! Let's give him a hand! (Er, not in the General Metallic way.)

So I've PM'd capsuleman, our lovable provider of sexy DragonBox footage, and he should be uploading the .vob files fairly soon. Which brings me to my next point...

......Who's our video and audio editors again? (As in, who needs the FTP log-on info to get to the footage)

*Raises hand*

How will the footage be handled? I mean, is the editing being done first, then the music, then the sound effects, and then the voices?

Um... I guess.

We don't need to mess with the video much, besides adding our own titles and credits.

I guess that we could work on adding the music first, while everyone's recording their lines, then voices and sound effects sort of at the same time.
