Oh that's wonderful! I definetely like the third one the most; the only changes I would make is remove a couple of frames from the beginning (so that Nappa is not talking quite so long) and loop the last couple of frames a few times (so that his mouth blast lasts longer).

PS: Is there any way to make the whole thing play at real-time... or at least a little bit closer to it?

What do you mean play at real time, also, what browser are you using?

EDIT: Also made two more versions, the second one is probably what you wanted.

ANOTHER EDIT I made the laser longer at the end, so that's 6 GIFs total I made.

Yes, that second one is perfect!!

I'm using the latest verion of Internet Explorer right now, and what I meant was play a little faster, since it seemed like the frames in the .gif were going a little slower than in the actual video, based on Nappa's mouth in the beginning. Oh well, that latest one is all I could ever ask for, so THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

I made another one I posted in my previous post, which I would think you would like better. Also the reason why it is so slow because IE and Opera both play GIFs slowly. In FireFox it is perfect. You can try downloading the GIFs and you can try to see if you get the actual speed in your image viewer. I can try resizing it so it plays faster in IE though.

Edit: Here are two examples of smaller GIFs. Both of them are resized, but the first one has every third frame removed and its timing adjusted, while the second one is merely a lot smaller. Do any of them play faster than the previous ones while using IE?

So, I have watched the episode now and I have to say it was worth the wait

You handled the over-9000-scene very well (of course, 1008 would have been more accurate

).

As for critism, there is one little thing, that bugs me:
I noticed that you guys sometimes get quite difficult to understand for foreign speakers (you talk a bit too fast at times).
This seems to be happening at an increasing rate in the last episodes.

It's not really a huge problem, but perhaps you could pay attention to speak a bit slower and clearer, so everyone can understand your great jokes.
Alternatively, if this is not possible, do you have some script of which you could share a textfile or something? ^^

There is always the option of Captions. YouTube supports Subrip Subtitle files. They're not too hard to type up, they just take for ever.

I just realzied this destroys any chance of the joke being applied to Recoome or Cell, lest Team4Star risk the overusage of the joke.

That's not really over using a joke, and it's not much of a joke since it's a meme. Plus they've reuse jokes a few times already.

We aim for all our characters to be funny and entertaining. As far as a replacement for Nappa goes, there may not be one single person to fill his boots.

Personally, I feel it would be way too obvious and cheap if someone "took over the role" that Nappa has played thus far. What made Nappa special was the way he was written and played. Were another character to come along and serve the *exact* same purpose, why should/would anyone care anymore?

That's not to say that there can't be another character whose purpose is more comedy relief than other/surrounding characters. However, it really needs to be in a distinct way with its own completely new take.

I'm probably preaching to the choir, though.

VegettoEX, you're absolutely right. Nappa had a number of factors that made him the extraordinary character that he was and if say, some Ginyu Force member were to serve his purpose with a similar voice and all, it would feel like a copout.

I think it's hilarious that people are making tribute videos to Nappa... but at the same time it's pretty cool that you guys made such a memorable character, so congrats on that and I think I speak for all of us here when I say that the show just won't be the same without him around.
