Goku beats him to a bloody pulp thanks to faaaaaar superior skills. The power difference between the two is all but non-existent.

Zarbon can't sense ki and has shit fighting skills. That's why he lost to Vegeta. Of course someone trained and experienced in combat is going to whoop someone who isn't, even if they technically are the same strength. His case shouldn't be used as a way of saying "everyone with a tiny 4% difference will get destroyed", especially when we know people who did better than him with bigger gaps.

Slug wins by waving a finger in Freezå's general direction. Freeza then explodes. Tullece gets caught in the explosion and also dies.
