I still can't get over how weird the thought of Freeza being revived in pieces is. It kinda makes my skin crawl for some reason.

From what I can pick out, he's pretty much saying that after 4 months of training even "Those Saiyans" will be overwhelmed by him. Basically a quote we already heard before....I think...

The number 4 and the word death, while written differently, are both pronounced "shi". It's the reason why the number 4 is often excluded from things like room numbers or building floors in Japan, as a superstition.

Here, it's used for a bit of "fun". He's going to train for 4 months, and that's enough to kill the Saiyans that have humiliated him. Get it? =P

Re: 4/Death
4/四 can be read as yon or shi. Shi is also how you pronounce 死/death.
While I believe 4 is considered an unlucky number, death isn't being implied at all.

I somewhat doubt this will happen, but it'd pretty hilarious if Freeza trains for 4 months, confronts Goku...and then gets wrecked anyway and has to either train more or resort to some other "plan B".

I mean, Freeza has never trained before. He has no idea what kind of training would even be most effective for him, or how much it would actually increase his strength. There's no precedent for him to be working from, so him being so confident that only four months will be enough to make him stronger than someone who defeated Buu (keeping in mind that he doesn't know HOW it actually happened) is just...it feels like a set up for a joke about Freeza being stupid and overconfident.

Currently, my problem is why some characters like Boo and the kids(?) are still missing. Maybe Trunks will be with long hair or Goten will be like Gohan before training in the RoSaT?

Trunks voice actor was confirmed (and I'm brazilian too! )

I'm sure the reason for Goten&Trunks is their new looks but I don't see what they're waiting for when it comes to Buu.

Maybe after BOG he decided to train so now he look like Super Buu ?

I'd say it was bad if this was another Goku movie but it's not,It's a Vegeta movie and there is no better way to do it then this.

Goku needed several years to reach SSJ3 level. Never be able to reach God level by training himself.
Frieza only need 4 months to defeat God in the seconds.

I just don't understand why so many of you are taking Freeza's words at face value. Freeza. The guy who said it would only take Namek five minutes to explode. The guy who's never before trained in his life. The guy who always thinks of himself as superior, even when shown overwhelming evidence that he is not.

Basically what I'm saying is that it could be very, very easy for Freeza to turn out to be wrong about that timeframe. Maybe he trains and doesn't get enough of a gain and gets his butt kicked initially. Maybe he trains and notices it's not yielding the same kind of effect he wanted, and thus comes across some other way to get stronger. We just don't know at this point.

I suppose Freeza was referring to a hypothetical Boo-level Goku, not SSGod Goku.
