If all the comparisons between Vegetto and Gogeta are correct, then yes, Super Buu destroys Janemba entirely.

Seems Janemba would take Kid Buu with little issue, though.

The fights were actually comparable in length. Janemba had to resort to magical powers, Pure Buu didn't. I think Pure Buu's skill and resilience would let him take on Janemba.

Not exactly. He says he can wipe out Pure Buu completely if given a whole minute to gather his ki. Not only does that basically mean "I can't beat him normally", but the comment was almost certainly referring to just gathering a big Kamehameha going by the context and wording. And at the end, he heavily implies Pure Buu was the stronger of the two, which is supported by the dominance Buu showed in the fight previously.

Whis vs Every character to have appeared throughout DBZ and the movies at the same time.

Fusion characters would count as separate characters so there'd be Goku, Vegeta and Vegito.
