Movie Instrumentals?

Was there ever an official release of the various Movie ending themes as Instrumentals or Backtracks

I'm especially interested in finding "Surpassing the Galaxy, Rising High" as it is one of my favorite ending themes

Digital Dragonball the World has a track with some movie themes as instrumentals together.
