Mr. Buu in Neko Majin Z 4!

While checking up stuff in S-manga.net, I looked in the Monthly Jump to see what Toriyama-Sensei is up to now, and to my surprise ... NEKO MAJIN Z 4!

Only character I saw was Majin (Mr.) Buu in it. Don't know who else is. Any chance of translation again?

I was at Kinokuniya the other day and they still had December's Monthly Jump. Now... this week's issue of JUMP has an ad for the 4th installment appearing in January's Monthly JUMP which is actually what I came here to post. That issue is already out in Japan so it should be arriving in US stores NOW

Goddamnit it sucks being stuck in NJ

He's probably talking about Z.

I wasn't aware that there was a Neko Majin 2, I just assumed they started off with the idea of Neko Majin and decided to get more ridiculous by adding the Z. THAT is where I thought the sequels would continue to come from, but now that you mention there's a "Neko Majin 2," perhaps this is something that slipped under the radar?

Looks like Julian has two new scanlations.

Holy crap... I wish I could get to Seattle more often. The Kinokunya in Uwajimaya is the only place I can get volumes of Japanese Jump.

I am afraid that I'm not following. Has Neko Majin and Neko Majin Z ever been officially translated/released in the US? If so, where is a good place to purchase them?

Not yet, but the US Shonen Jump has sorta, not exactly, but sorta, hinted on having it in the magazine (since it can't appear in a graphic novel)
I believe they said "this title may be translated in the near future!" or something, but I may be wrong.

If the series gets about 2-3 more titles in it (Z and normal Neko Majin) then it can reasonably be condensed into a tank without being a ripoff. By my count he's got 4 Z's and 2 NM's (unless there was one recently I missed). Normal tanks are 8-10 chapters so.....

EEEEEEE. *squeal* Majin Buuuuuu. First part 3 with Vegeta to make my boyfriend quite happy, and now part 4 with one of MY favorite characters? Oh, yes. Toriyama is wonderful.

Definitely by now he's almost got enough to just release it as a tankubon of both Neko Majin and Neko Majin Z. It'd buy it right away. There's tons of DBZ fans that'd buy it too, so he'd surely get money for it. Hmmm. Here's hoping. <3
