Madman Bilingual DVD releases

Post by Boomer2k4 » Sun Dec 12, 2004 9:40 am

Just a quick question

I have noticed that the Madman DVD's for Series 3 (Androids/Cell) and the Great Sayaman saga aren't bilingual, English only. Is this true for everywhere else too and if so will Funi get round to Biligualling them at some point?

If looks like I'll prolly be shelling out one hellofalot of cash if I want bilingual.

The US releases of the Android/Cell saga are all bilingual. We're still missing two Cell Games disks. The Great Saiyaman dvds havent been released here at all yet.

There is a reason Daizex has a dvd guide you know. ^^

Wow! I never knew that Madman had released the Great Saiyaman DVDs in Australia already. I found some of the covers and I am supposing the R1,2,4 releases will look quite similar to this.

That's as maybe which is why I didn't ask about the US releases. I was asking strictly about Aussie ones considering they cost about 1/2 as much for someone living in the UK, especially in full season box set form where it's £40 for half a season...BARGAIN!!...and in the case of Dragonball actually have the Funimation Dub for the first 13 eps.

Well just done a little digging and found out that all Madman DBZ DVDs up to 4.6 are English only and they don't intend to re-release

Dang, looks like my only option is a very costly one
