Where can I find high res Sparking series character vectors?

I've been looking for the Sparking series character select screen vectors in super high resolution since Sparking! Neo came out in order to make t-shirts out of a few of them (vectors are better than rasters for high quality printing), and because they would just be really cool to have.

So far I've only been able to track down these ones from Sparking! Meteor, checking these out should give you a good approximation of what I need:

There has to be a site or a few sites out there that have all the character art in this scale, why would they only make these specific characters? I tried to look for more on that forum but only found a bunch of fakes. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
