If an accurate re-dub surfaced, would you watch it?

In the midst of the Kai re-dub, I can't help but wonder, if a dead-on accurate re-dub of Dragon Ball Z surfaced, would any of you care enough to watch it? (whether in place of Japanese with Subs, or in conjunction)

Definitely. I really think a good dub is being wasted on Kai.

A silly question. Of course I would.

I'd check it out for curiosity's sake, but I wouldn't watch it in place of the original.

I would watch it, but still would prefer the Japanese version. The main problem I have right now is Chris Sabat's Vegeta. I don't like a few of the voices Funi uses, especially Chris Sabat. He was alright earlier, but now his voice has become too hoarse.

I'm sort of past caring about the dub now, but I would definetely peek at a few episodes.

And hopefully it wouldn't mean selling my dvds yet again to afford a home release of said re-dub

A "Z" redub with the accuracy of "Kai"? Hell yeah!

I might sneak a peek at a few episodes, but I'd rather stick with the original Japanese version.

Nah, it's still Z. Original, Japanese Z with the great acting is still full of pointless fluff.

But, a renewed DB and DBGT dub without obnoxious excess talking? Hell yeah.

Well seeing as how you said "dead on accurate" I assume you don't mean a dub like Kai's. Of course I would watch something like that even though I don't care for the Z anime much. However if it was a Kai like accuracy dub I'd just stick with Kai seeing as how I like it more to begin with.

I'd probably watch it along side the Japanese version. Had this been a few years ago, when I was more into dubs and had no familiarity with the Japanese version of Dragon Ball, I would have only watched it in English, but I'm too fond of the Japanese voice cast now. Personally, I'd prefer it to be the original Dragon Ball as opposed to Z, but I'd take anything they'll throw at me. Kai's dub is great, but little things like "T ien" still bug me from time to time. Eliminate little things like that and I'd be watching Dragon Ball twice as much.

An English dub? Nah, not really. An episode or two for curiosity's sake, maybe, but not being 5 years old, I see no need for dubs.

I just had to say I  'd at this. Hard. That literally made my day. And that should give some indication to what a thriller of a day I had.

This. I would probably watch one clip for curiosity's sake, go 'Not bad, glad there's a decent dub now', and then go on to never think about its existence again. I like the original Japanese version, I could respect a good English dub but it would be completely off my radar as actual viewing material.

Nah, Dragon Ball Z is hard to watch dubbed for me, especially filler and dragged out scenes, I'd rather watch paint dry with Faulconer's score.

The only way I'd seriously watch the show in English is with Ocean doing the voices. With clips from Kai I've come to have a respect for the takes of some of the FUNi people and actually like some of them, but only Ocean could lure me away from the original version for any real amount of time.

So what? If you're over the age of five, you can't watch dubs?
