Characters yet to make it into the games

I've noticed despite Sparking! throwing in so many characters that it picks "Freeza Henchman A", there are still characters missing from said video games, quite important ones at that.
Talking to a friend barely a few minutes ago made me remember that end of GT kid Goku (who got his own damn special) and kid Vegeta have yet to appear in any Dragon Ball game. Throw them in Raging Blast 2 and I'll be sold. Perhaps even a what-if fusion, kid Gogeta or kid Vegetto?
Hell, SS3 kid Gogeta would be the only SS3 what-if I'd actually really appreciate.

I'm sure there'll be a lot of GT characters here, but let's try to gather a list of who has (sadly) never made it into a game, and why you'd want them there.

What I find kind of strange is that Piccolo's giant transformation has never been playable, or even able to be played against in a game before, which is somewhat strange, considering Slug had it in Sparking! Anyway, I've always felt that another 23rd Budokai character deserved a spot. Shen would be awesome. His moves could be a mix of serious techniques (from his fight with Piccolo) and comical moves (from one of the best goofy fights in DB, Shen's fight against Yamcha).

I really like Piccolo's giant transformation and stretchy arms; having both of those available as techniques in a game would be great.

I'd also like him to have clothes beam as an available attack, just because. :3

What's particularly tragic about the lack of GT villains is that they all have attributes beyond "is strong" / "can shoot energy beams."

Rilld and Mutchi-Mutchi demonstrated more unique and interesting techniques in their three or four episodes than some villains did in fifteen.

And then you have several major villains who have mysteriously never been playable, namely Assistant Black (in Battle Suit), Luud, and the rest of the Shadow Dragons. Those aren't side characters or one-offs, they're major players who have somehow been continuously shafted for bottom-rung henchmen. It's not nearly a complete list without appearances from them. Plus, again, they all have something that would make them unique and fun to play as.

Not that I don't want to see Appule again. Appule is amazing.

stretchy arms

Piccolo's stretchy arms have been part of his throws in several games. I definitely second the clothes-beam though. It could ... change your opponents costume?

Super DBZ did actually have that as a move, but it would be cool if you could actually use him as a playable giant character in the same way you could use Slug.

You wouldn't happen to know where I could find a video clip or something of that technique being used in Super DBZ, would you? I'm kind of interested to see how it's used.

Sorry, I don't. I did a search on youtube (everyone's favorite site) and I didn't find any results. The move is a pain in the ass to actually pull off, and if I remember correctly it's fun to see but not worth all of the effort to actually use in battle. I believe Piccolo Daimao could use it as well.
