Dragonbox set at Ebay may be a stolen one...

I'll start from the start and make sure this gets short.
In short, he was going to help me order the db set, so i wouldnt have to pay shipping for it, so he let me into his old ebay account, so i could type in my adress to get it sent to, and his as billing adress, initially.
but in the end we figured it would be best to have it shipped to him, then to me, so i would be sure not to have to pay those VERY EXPENSIVE TAXES IN NORWAY.
Anyway, dumb as I was, I trusted this guy, and entered my credit card number.
In the end the set gets shipped to him, he dissapears from internet until now, and he puts up an auction on ebay,
nice eh?
The details may not be 100% correct cause thsi happened a long time ago,
but i basicly was naive and got screwed over by tablet.
Unfortunately i did not remember the password for his ebay account,
so only way i had of contacting him was through email and pms here,
I did, but never any replies.

Now, this may not be the same guy as the one who's selling the Dragonboxes at ebay, australia is big...
However, he was talking about selling the second dragonbox z, because he couldnt find dbz box1, and what do i see now,
both boxes on ebay, the db box and the set he was talking about...

-edit, i got someone helping me trying to figure out of this, ill keep you updated on if i find proof its my stolen box.

In my opinion, this IS your box, the Region on that boxset if Region 2: Europe which Norway is part of, this guy is selling it from Austrailia, WHY would he have that?

I reckon its yours.

Actually, Japan also has Region 2 DVD's.

Yeah, but he's trying to sell the Dragon Box, which is a Japanese release. So it should be R2, no matter where the seller would be

Well, the region has nothing to do with it, its more what I already explained.
I had the impression this was a trustworthy guy from this board, since all seem nice here...
And i had talked with him on other boards before.
I didnt tell all the details of the story, oh well, please dont give me comments that make me feel even more miserable, they dont help.
