Another thing...I always thought the king who used the dragon balls to become a king was the dog man. Don't know if that's true, or where I got that idea. Yeah.
I was voted "most unique" and "most likely to become the next existential thinker" in high school.

I doubt that the mornarch of Earth was the same man who used the Dragon Balls. Didn't that supposedly happen atleast 100 years before DragonBall even starts?

I always thought that dog was only the king of the area that the DB gang lived in, wich seems to be pretty damn big. What did FUNI name him, King Fluffy? -_-
