Sorry that I forgot to make this ahead of time! It's been out in Japan for a little bit, so I know folks have been playing it. It's out in North America this week, so I expect quite a bunch more of us will start playing it soon, if we haven't already.

The game's fairly easy so far (I picked up a copy last night), so I don't imagine most will have trouble with it. I'm just a bit miffed about the numbers beside the missions in Dragon Walker. What are those about?

What, like "11/3"...? Me, too. I have no freakin' idea.

Yep, those numbers. The 3 page toilet paper quality manual doesn't mention it either.

Oh, come now... it's a full six pages in English...!
Also curious about the "Dragon Walker" mode and the various options you have -- I can't really tell what's going on. The instructions come up the first time, sure, but they don't really explain much all that well. What does SQUARE do? I mean, you clearly attack the opponent or defend against their advance (depending on the character you're using)... but then what...? It doesn't seem like I can follow-up that attack with anything other than floating over to them and initiating the fight, even if they wander around with a question mark over their head. It doesn't seem like it does any damage to them FOR the fight itself, either (like them having a lower health meter when you begin the fight).
And what about TRIANGLE...? You charge up some energy which engulfs you more and more as you hold it... and... what? It seems like if that energy encompasses an enemy that's floating still, you'll fight them (and it shows your character's icon in a little swish in the middle of the screen first), but again... so what? Nothing seems to make a difference in the fight itself.

I was thinking about picking up a PSP for X-mas along with Tenkaichi Tag Team.
One question: Do you need a memory stick in order to save your progress or does the PSP have a hard drive for such things?

Quick Question:
Can you save your game while in the middle of a mission or do you have to start over?
Example: I fought the Saibamen that you had to fight in the very beginning and then fought Nappa with Gohan and Piccolo. I ran out of time after that fight (just when Goku arrived at the scene) and had to resume my game later. When I finally started up again, I had to re-do those same battles. So, can I save after each fight or do I need to finish a given mission first?

OK, I've figured this out: it's the date the "chapter" is set in. You'll notice that the year is shown at the top-left of the screen on the Dragon Walker menu (e.g. the series starts in Age 761, which corresponds with what's shown on the menu screen).
New to the forum? Just want to know when you'll hit your next posting rank? Ever wondered why some users have special titles, and what they mean? The answers to all these questions and more are waiting for you in the Kanzenshuu Member Hierarchy Guide!!

Question: Why does Tenkaichi Tag Team only include English Kai dub and not the original Japanese audio?
Just Bing'd for the game's size and it appears to be 1.18 GB (UMD allows up to 1.80 gb) so space is not the issue, I think.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
