I wonder what they mean by, "In Japan, this shines in response to a cellular phone."

I think it means it will light up when a phone call is received on a mobile phone, my cousin has a lamp on his bag too, it lights up a second before his mobile phone rings

So I suppose you should be wearing it and scream things like "What?! A powerlevel of 19080945 is coming here at a high speed" when it lights up. And then you answer your call.

Yeah... How unrealistic though, seeing as everyone would have a power level in the millions. Everyone with a phone, anyway.
