Where does it say that Vol. 5 is the last one?

And can you remove the images from your post please? You generally shouldn't leave large images in when quoting.

That's kind of wrong, though. It actually says "A mysterious duo appears!".

Hi, I bought the 4 volumes of the manga that the author is selling actually. I found that he make some changes to the final edition. I scanned the new pages and prepared the final scan version. Here are the complete 4 volumes in Japanesse:
