Budokai 2 (gamecube) help, Gamefaqs is retarded

Okay folks, the other day I plunked down and got Budokai and Budokai 2 on my gamecube (hey its my primary console, and I just like it better then the PS2, though I do have both). How in Kami's name do I unlock Dabura and the various Majin Boo's? I've gone through Gamefaqs' character unlock guide and I even have Mr. Satan and Videl, I've got a ton of guys, but I just don't have a clue how to unlock Boo and Dabura (who I know exhist since I've fought them, I'd ask for Babidi too, since I've seen his icon jumping around Dragon World, but I havent ever tried to fight him so I have no idea if theres even combat data there). Also on a side note, how do I get super saiyan capsules for people? I've got all of Goku's super saiyan capsules through 3, but none of my other saiyans have so much as super saiyan 1. I hope this isnt too much of pestering to everyone, I looked through the post archives and did not seem to find anything on this. So uh, help me please(and even if theres this code as in the PS2 version I'd rather do this legitimatly).

You get the Buu's (and Dabura?) in "Babidi's Spaceship", Babidi is not playable even though he jumps around the board....

Also playing Budokai 2 [GC] [wíth Japanese voiceacting thank you ^^] so this is what I remember doing to get the characters:

- Majin Buu(s) & Dabura can be earned with the minigames in the >>Babidi's Spaceship<< option. You wish for it with the Dragon Balls at the end of Dragon World and it consist of four minigames. With those games you earn "Kili". If you get a total of like 100 Kili you get Dabura, 1200 for Fat Buu, 2400 for Super Buu and 3600 for Kid Buu.

- Level 1 transformations can be earned in Dragon World by defeating Freeza on stage 3 with a character. [i.e. with Vejita to earn "Super Saiyan (Vegeta)"

Or just buy it in the skill shop

Also must be noted that every so many kili points you'll also unlock a move for the most recently unlocked character.
