Its in the scene where he sings this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hXgAYku2PA Though I think its referring to the former king of Hawaii.
It is referring to the Hawaiian king. The line is:
"Then on Sunday just to be different she's a super King Kamehameha biatch."
Also, the song was first used in the TV series before that, with that same line.

Back last year on some kids show here in Australia called 'It's Academic', they asked questions about 'Dragonball Evolution'.
Random thing in life... back 4 years ago I was walking to where I study when suddenly this big, tough, bulky looking guy walked past me wearing a singlet... and he had a MASSIVE Dragonball tattoo across his arms.
It is in his character to be rude and a bit crass. He's a hick, with no formal education. That is Son Goku. That is who he is.
Superman in an orange Gi was the bastard son of FUNimation. Its not The real character, it is as false as Chatku.

There was this danish crime show, where in one episode, the main characters (a woman) son reads Dragon Ball. Then when she comes in she reads it aloud and says that this is not something for little kids.

Yes, it was Anna Pihl. I remember it very clearly, because that was when I started reading Dragon Ball. Her son was reading volume #41.

I can't believe I missed that reference then, since I recall seeing a lot of Anna Pihl episodes. I guess she must have seen Mr. Satan say 3x Fuck in the beginning of the volume and reached her conclusion on that alone.

When DBZ, Goku, and Vegeta were mentioned in Buffy, I flipped out.
You must have faith in who you are.

There's an issue of the Fantastic Four from the 90's where it's shown that Reed and Susan's son Franklin has a stuffed doll of young Goku.
