I stumbled across these and wanted to know does anyone here know what they are? I'm sure these aren't the Japanese Dragon Boxes :S

Ah OK, thought so, never saw them until than and also they specified it was an MPEG2, I don't think most DVD's do that.

On another note I found some Dragon Box 4's:
$59 (Australian Dollars - It only ships to Australia & New Zealand)
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dragon-Ball- ... 4cf7dbed4a
$73.90 (Australian Dollars - Ships Worldwide)

I also noticed it say "rental" and "Macrovision" right above the barcode, for some reason. Perhaps to make it look official or something? :?
Also, MPEG2 is the format for every DVD.

It's a nice looking bootleg though. And ET93, thanks a lot for the link, unfortunately that ends up at about 60€ before postage, that's a bit steep for me. I know I may be asking the impossible but I'm looking for something along the lines of 50 or less.

So I e-mailed moviemars about the 4th DBox from Ebay (the ones they seems to have cancelled just so they can sell them at much higher prices) and I was told that they've been re-ordered and that if the item hasn't been shipped in 15 days from the day of purchase they'll just cancel it and give a full refund.

Seems to put the kibosh on that right there, but, I'll just wait out the 15 days and see what happens.
Unless of course I can just find another one that's a sure thing in which case I'll cancel the other order.

Still waiting on some info on the 2nd box from Amazon though.

My Box 7 just came in this morning here.

Still waiting for Boxs 5 and 6 which could be in few days possibly.

I've never had or seen any Dragon Box footage before in person so obviously I'm very excited.

Watched a little bit of one episode and was amazed at how clean and clear the footage was.

Even my Mum stopped and watched some and said how clear the picture was.

Boxes 5 and 6 were both $20 at Christmas... Still kicking myself for not buying them then and there.

And I'm very impressed, after all these years about reading about the quality... It's amazing!

I've forgotten how much I liked the Boo and Satan friendship stuff.

Only if I had Volume 4, I would jump on this.

Aaaaand there we go. Moviemars cancelled my orders like I figured they would. Now I'm back to square one needing 1, 2, and 4. xD Oh well. I'll get 'em someday.

Yeah, same here. 2 and 4 will continue to elude me...for now!

Never had a situation where I learned to not do business with certain people before. Good job moviemars, you get the dubious honor of being the first  .

You have to admit, that is some damn fine packaging, though. Looks a bit like the U.S. "Z" boxes.

Dragon Box 3, 5, 6 and 7 are at a pretty reasonable price on Amazon ($30-ish).

I may consider getting a DBZ BOX Z 3 a few discs of my Box 3 has light marks, and for the price it's still now, it'd be worth getting it.

Plus, the rear of my Box 3 has the yellow design a bit torn off because of the stickiness wouldn't come off easily. :-/

ChaosMaster, what's the deal with the exclamation marks and question marks, are you a fan of it?

My MovieMars order made on one of those suspicious yet potentially glorious Dragon Box 2 eBay links posted recently hasn't shipped after the 3 days they had anticipated. Could this really be a mistaken lisiting or they were bluffing about how many they actually had?

I can also confirm that my attempt at PlanetAxel for numero 4 was probably in vain, "on backorder with supplier for more than 5 days".

How's the quality? Could you provide some screenshots?

I don't know why people are so impressed with the design of the bootleg covers, it's basically Sparking Neo PS2 NTSC-J/PAL cover and Sparking Meteor NTSC-J/PAL cover for each volume.

Sparking Neo NTSC-J works on a PAL PS2, doesn't it? The only downside I can think of is being black and white, I think.
