I don't really think this gonna have any kind of future, all the fan animations you can see on the internet (specially about Dragon ball new series and crap like that) usually are very very poor or good but very shorts and no more. If you haven't an animation studio it's very very HARD to do an completely OVA, how many minutes are we talking, 30, 45?
Even, the screenshots looks cool but, we'll have to see how's the animation going, because an image is not the same as an animation, also, I don't like any of the colours I see, very sad colours, if I would put a colours, I would put the colours used in this project: http://tekilazo.deviantart.com/.
Also, I don't think they have too much idea about anatomy, the Bardock of the main page has an enormous head in comparation of the body, and that Raditz also from the main page is just a copy of a new illustration of Gohan ss2...
And as Dragon Ball Benelux says, they have another animations, awful animations, specially the AF animations which they didn't continue because it's SO HARD, I don't understand if they know that why they want to do an ova of DBZERO, it's just nosense.

is just a teenager who insulted me on deviantart because I don't like the fanarts xDDD

Gotta agree with Raykugen here. Most Dragon Ball animation, whether long or short, are usually bad. As someone who animates occasionally I can tell that it is VERY hard work. I struggle sometimes to get 60 sec animation finished and look proper.
But I hate to discourage anyone from making an animated fan project. Hell, I say if you want to do it, you should go for it! Just make sure you give it your all. You don't want to half-ass on animation project, believe me it will show. Like static movement, limbs and objects being tweened as hell, limited backgrounds, poor lip sync, etc.
I would love to one day start my own animated fan project but not alone. I'm going to need a team of very talented animators and artists. Not to mention the cash.
