DVD news. Region 3 Dragonball Z DVDs with Japanese track..
yo
Hopefully this will be a direct copy from the Region 2 masters. Perfect for those who want Dragonboxes, but can't afford them.
Might get the first one out of curiosity. No English subs mind you.

hello.
this set is the official hong kong set.
I have a friend that lives in hong kong, and he has told me the following:
* The colors are a bit more vibrant than the dragonboxes.
* There are no previews.
* Bitrate is lower (duh!).
* There is a chinese dub in addition.
* The chinese subs are supposed to be great.
* there are 3 big covers inside the box.
* There are no extra.

Is this an official release, or a bootleg?

This is no Bootleg, also notice that its Toei that releases it!tablet the eunuch wrote:Bootlegs'd be Region 0.
Yesasia also don't sell bootlegs, and if they were bootlegs, they'd have the previews
And look at the price!
No, the bootlegs have previews only for each 9th ep, so your point is not really correct

I haven't downloaded the clips, but there will be no more discussion of downloaded episodes here, especially those from scum groups like Anime-HQ.sangofe wrote:WTF!
This looks exactly like the #animehq releases, just lower bitrat...
From what I understand, they ripped the Dragon Box, so of course they'll look the same with a lower bitrate. This is called "bootlegging," and will not be tolerated, here ^^.
