DVD questions

Post by Dayspring » Sat Feb 21, 2004 12:33 am

I overheard two kids talking on the bus ride back (damn I need a car. :( ) saying that movie 9 was to be released by FUNi in late April/early May. They sounded too exstatic for one to simply be lying to the other. Anybody know if this is true? And any news on GT box sets?! I don't want to buy them individually, and definetly not now that I have to back order most of them!

FUNimation has already announced all of their April and May releases, so I doubt they'll suddenly throw in Movie 9 at this point.

I'd have to advise you against believing things that kids say concerning DB, since they usually seem to go to all the sites that are run by the same nimrods that spout "facts" on AF being real and Chi-Chi actually being a Saiyajin. At least in my experience, that's what I've seen. And it's dang hard trying to convince them that those sites are full of it too! :?

Who doesn't? The correct answer to that question is, well, HITLER. And we don't like him, remember?

Err... that's Movie 12. And besides, he's not referred to as "Hitler," but "Dokusaisha" ("Dictator"). Of course, it's notable that the "Doku" kanji is, among other things, shorthand for "Germany"... :)
