This is a fandub of the re-animated scene from Ultimate Tenkaichi/Blast.
I actually recorded all the non-Goku voices a few months ago, I really wanted to make it a complete fandub, I was gonna have a friend voice Goku, but, we just never got the time to do that. So, I spliced the Kai audio in for Goku.
Voices:
SSJ4 Furanki: Freeza, Krillin, Gohan
Sean Schemmel (Official English Kai Dub): Goku
I went and put the original music from UT in, thanks to SRB2Unleashed/ImmaKrillin for the soundtrack. I also mixed it with an HD video source so it looks better.
Enjoy!

Fandub's an interesting concept (that intro sounds like exactly the same thing I said in another thread lately...) cause I like hearing (or seeing when it comes to pictures) different interpretations of a same thing.
I'll have to be honest if you don't mind: that was a nice effort on Krilin to change your voice for the character, but your voice doesn't seem to really fit him according to me.
However, your voice is not bad at all for Freezer, it seems familiar somehow. Although as a foreigner, I can't manage to decypher what he says when Goku transforms (sounds like "oh, bugger"?).
I like the way you put a real effort in your acting, you really try to be in-character, not just reciting your text like a pupil reading in class (and that's something a lot of people do)!

Yeah, with Krillin, it's the voice I got used to using via the parodies and is honestly my Cartman impression with the tone switched up so it doesn't sound as Cartman like.Cold Skin wrote:Fandub's an interesting concept (that intro sounds like exactly the same thing I said in another thread lately...) cause I like hearing (or seeing when it comes to pictures) different interpretations of a same thing.

With Freeza, it's still my own version of him; but, I did work quirks from Chris Ayres' Freeza, more of the tone than voice. The Dialouge for the most part is re-modified to fit the Kai dialogue more or less. All Freeza says "Wha--?" Basically, what after Goku transforms.
Thank you! Yeah, I've doing this for a few years now and did drama stuff in High School. So, while I can't credit that with the idea of reading it not like just lines on a page, that did help a bit.

You could work on your Freeza a little. Your voice kinda of reverts back to your normal voice on that last word you do with Freeza.SSJ4 Furanki wrote:Yeah, with Krillin, it's the voice I got used to using via the parodies and is honestly my Cartman impression with the tone switched up so it doesn't sound as Cartman like.Cold Skin wrote:Fandub's an interesting concept (that intro sounds like exactly the same thing I said in another thread lately...) cause I like hearing (or seeing when it comes to pictures) different interpretations of a same thing.

EDIT: I was thinking of the part where Freeza says "I won't let it happen." Yuou kind of sounded weak around the end. Just helpin' an another aspiring voice actor here. I really badly want to do it too.
I'm actually planning on posting my Goku and Freeza voice soon enough. It was still well done.

I see, okay, yeah the edit helped clear up which one we were talking about. Yeah, that partly has to do with changing the wording to making it fit the mouth movement better. The Kai line is slightly longer and worded a bit different. The rest of the line is the same as Kai verbatim. But, yeah, I plan on tweaking the voice slightly in any future dubs. I'm learning, just as any Voice (or screen/stage) Actor does.theawesomepossum777 wrote:You could work on your Freeza a little. I've never done a legitimate reel yet to practice for when I would attempt to try it professionally. That's the part so far that's kinda holding me back., plus I still want to improve a little bit more before I attempt pro Voice Acting.
