Best Dragon Ball For The Playstation 3?

I just got a Playstation 3 today. Could any of you guys recommend to me which Dragon Ball game on the system is the best?

1] Dragon Ball: Budokai HD Collection
2] Dragon Ball: Burst Limit
3] Dragon Ball: Raging Blast
4] Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2
5] Dragon Ball: Ultimate Blast
6] J-Stars Victory (TBR 2013)

A) If Budokai = Budokai HD Collection or Burst Limit
B) If Tenkaichi = Raging Blast 1 or Raging Blast 2
C) If Zenkai Battle Royale-alike = J-Stars Victory
D) If Quick Time Events = Ultimate Blast

J-Stars Victory isn't exactly a DB game but it'll feature DB characters.

Definitely going to buy this game when it comes out to play on my PS3.

There are reviews for Raging Blast, Raging Blast 2, & Ultimate Tenkaichi on the website. I haven't bought any of those games.

Burst Limit I found to be a lame remake of Budokai 1, it doesn't even go past Cell arc. Budokai HD Collection has only 1 & 3, the former hasn't aged well gameplay wise. The latter I hate the Dragon Rush and Hyper Interactive modes but I suppose I like it for what it is.

Eh, only the really early ones have BC.

I would say Raging Blast 2, unless, as Rocketman suggested, you can play Budokai Tenkaichi 3 on your PS3.

I echoe everyone's sentiments on getting Burst Limit, Raging Blast 2 (and Tenkaichi 3, if your PS3 is backwards-compatible.)

Y'know what, if you don't own it yet, I'd say go ahead and see if you can pick up Budokai HD Collection if you can find it for a decent price. Yes, it has flaws, mainly in it's mediocre music replacement and the lack of online modes. But you know what, that gameplay is just too damn fun! It's worth playing B3 if you haven't yet...

If the OP's planning to buy RB2 then just be aware that there's two different musical soundtrack releases, one with the original by Yamamoto and the other with Tenkaichi 2's soundtrack.

Yeah I forgot about this and bought the game online but was lucky to get the original score which is amazing.

The Cobra USB for PS3 used to allow any PlayStation 3 console to play PS2 games through emulation but since 4.30 FW they removed the feature. I think there might be an alternative to Cobra USB's.

It's a shame because allowing PS3 users to play PS2 games was one of its benefits, also that it lets watch any Blu-ray regardless of region.

Remember that everyone here is already bored with the games or filled with nostalgia about older games so it's best to just go with what you've seen.

It's still good for Uncharted 1-3, KillZone 2-3, Gran Turismo 5-6 and J-Stars, at least. For these games PS3's worth buying but PS4 is stated to be released this year so people should save their money for PS4 instead than PS3.

You know, you have a point. If Raging Blast 2 was the first DBZ game I ever played, I would've thought it was the shiznit. The main problem with the Raging Blast series is that it's basically a variant on Spike's previous games, the Sparking/Tenkaichi series, with very little change other than button layouts and graphics. That said, Raging Blast 2 is a perfectly fine game on it's own.
