Nintendo Wii U.. Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo v2?
Microsoft/Sony consoles are filled up to the ass with Dragon Ball Z games and it's always nice to replay the original Dragon Ball again, although instead of the Original Dragon Ball they could go with Dragon Ball GT or Dragon Ball Heroes.
There hasn't been one game of Dragon Ball GT that was actually good, the only one that exists of DBGT is Transformation and it's rather a disappointment. If they made a DBGT game for the Wii U, with a precise story mode of GT, great gameplay (2D/3D) and the original music of the series, that'd be an instant buy for me!
Nintendo consoles for Dragon Ball games tend to get the niche titles that the majority wouldn't want, so DB/GT/H could work out. I'm expecting a DB game for it within 2014/15 because 2013's still the year for 360/PS3.

Not sure how you got Heroes into this. Look how DAMN well it sold on the 3DS, 1/5 of a million and still goes strong. For a Dragon Ball game this is damn beautiful and gives me hope for Heroes 2 someday (Maybe when the Arcade ends updating)dbboxkaifan wrote: Nintendo consoles for Dragon Ball games tend to get the niche titles that the majority wouldn't want, so DB/GT/H could work out.

People outside Japan haven't had the opportunity to play DB Heroes because it's region locked to the Japanese 3DS. All those sale figures are great but doesn't mean much for the rest of the world.
So unless you owned a Japanese 3DS + DBH:U then you'd be able to play, otherwise not.
If Namco Bandai brought Dragon Ball/GT/Heroes to Wii U they could welcome a new audience of Dragon Ball fans than just the typical Z games.

Revenge of King Piccolo sold poorly on the Wii. I doubt we will see a Nintendo exclusive Dragon Ball game anytime soon.

If the sequel were to be a 23rd tournament game, I'd so buy that, even though I never did get around to buying 'King Piccolo' while it was still in print.

Honestly, if we see another game focused on original DB, it'll be on the 3DS. And it's looking like that isn't going to happen anytime soon...
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

Wii U can barely justify getting ports at the moment, forget about exclusives to poor selling games. Honestly, if Wii U does rebound there's little reason to make an exclusive Dragon Ball game for it unless it heavily requires touch input. Wii U is at the point visually where you can port upwards and not have a hideous result.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

The first ROKP had potential, but it's was one time thing for me (like Alan Wake). That being said, I'd still like to see a sequel.

As a Wii U owner, I'd be fine with a port of whatever the new Dragon Ball fighting game is for that particular year.

I wish it got a 3D version of legend of goku. Using either Wind Waker graphics or Animal crossing. It'd work and be cheap to make.
