I know this is probably complete BS, but there's some guy on YT who insists he's heard from multiple Japanese fans that Solid State Scouter is based off a Japanese workout song from the 1980's. Is there any truth to this?

Also, in case you were unaware, Solid State Scouter was performed by Dragon Magic Orchestra, which I believe IS Yellow Magic Orchestra. Kenji Yamamoto, I know, is friends with a member (or all of the members?) of the band.
