Unlocking Dragon Arena Budokai 3 HD

Ok I've beaten every DU story. All eleven. I got the trophies and to be certain I beat them twice. Where is Dragon Arena! !!? Is it not in Budokai Hd collection?

Broly's DU isn't needed to unlock Dragon Arena. And it should be on the main menu.

Maybe you need to beat each path of each level of the characters' DU as well. (i.e. Goku 's Namek saga map can end either by beating Frieza, Vegeta, or Cooler and his Buu Saga map can end by beating Kid Buu, Uub, or Omega Shenron). Most times it requires you to play through it more than twice.

Did that too. I'm starting to think my Hd copy is broken. I unlocked EVERYTHING. I had DA on my Ps2 but my ps2 was lost in a flood.
