If Goku remained in Ginyu's body and Vegeta in Goku's

Let's say Goku's frog plan didn't work and Ginyu (in Goku's body) managed to swap bodies with Vegeta, but even then they somehow managed to stop Ginyu in Vegeta's body (I mean, he failed miserably in Goku's body why would Vegeta's body do any better for him?), how could you imagine the series progressing? Would Goku still be a battle obsessed martial artist that would find ways to surpass his limits? Or perhaps Goku's character would start to change in Ginyu's body? And what of Vegeta in Goku's body?
