What set is this figurine from?

So when I was younger I picked up a Dragon Ball figurine set, and I recently came across the Goku in my cellar, he is pictured here:

I can't find any of the other pieces but it included Shenlong, with Bulma, Oolong and maybe Yamcha riding on his back, it was a pretty rare find for me as I'd never seen any Dragon Ball toys in the UK, only Z ones.

I was wondering if anybody recognized the piece and could tell me what set it came from, thanks.
