Toriyama must be rollin' in his grave

Post by Dayspring » Wed Jan 14, 2004 8:23 pm

BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I guess THIS site shuts us up and prooves that DBAF exists. Afterall, it has SSJ6 let alone SSJ5.

And did you even know about DragonBall V (victory)????? I sure didn't! Thank God this guy came along! Otherwise I never would have known about SSJ8 Trunks and SSJ10 Goku!

DAAAYAMN!! These guys must have PLs in the upper BILLIONS!

Sigh....I hope this site is a joke site...

"Hmmmmm....this pic seems fake. BUT IT IS NOT!"
Oh well if HE says so...

From their forum:
Well, with the advent of the Internet and many P2P programs available to the public, it would not be very hard for some fans to begin producing the animations and distrubting them to the masses.
That's true. I mean, I can produce a half hour long cartoon show with professional level animation, music, sound effects, voice acting, and so forth, in about 3 hours, and I'm not even a pro. I'm sure an expert could knock up an entire series in a weekend or two, and have it on Cartoon Network before the end of the month.

That pic of Goku with the silver hair and long tail...nice try, looks pretty good, but totally obvious it's not Toriyama's work. When you've read enough of Toriyama's stuff, you can tell just by looking, and obviously that dork hasn't. Well, "RedEyeDragoon Jakey" certainly has a great imagination! The one of Goku as SSJ6 looks like some kind of freaky negative, and the picture of SSJ8 Trunks finally confirms what I thought all along! Trunks replaced Hide as a member of X-Japan! As for that last pic of SSJ10 Goku,.....no comment except that I'm trying to correctly guess what drugs JakeyBoy's on.

It's a cool site for a joke. SSJ10. Muweheh.

The little SSJ5 is an SSJ3 Toriyama cropped. The big one was a doujinshi cover. SPANISH. Supposedly it has grey-goku as a clone of SSJ4 Goku. Wouldn't that shove him as SSJ4 at most?

Are you sure about that? Obviously the picture is fake, but if it was the cover to a doujinshi wouldn't someone have a copy of it? I've already seen tons of DB doujinshi floating around online.

Oh yes, and now I have seen the light! That poorly made website and it's half-assed photoshoped, fan made pictures is undeniable proof of the existance of AF and V! God, sites like that are an eye sore...

I suppose I'm the idiot for believing ANY DBAF rumor, even if it is to explain how it's not real. It's the one I heard the most about.

The other I heard was that it was a fanart to be used as a cover image to a site hosting a fanfic where SSJ4 Goku fused ("Namekian style") with a silver skinned alien in order to defeat the main bad guy of the story.

This kind of mentality reminds me of a paticular website. Geuss which one!

"I love Ninja's with every part of my body (incluing my pee pee)"

"Ninja's fil out and cut people's heads off ALL THE TIME"

Of course it's real, there's some pictures. And if you believe in faries enough, then they can come true too, right, righT!?

It's not necessarily over...after all, Dragonball is experiencing another wave of fandom over in Japan. It's not inconcievable that Toei would put out a movie or a special feature? *hopefull look*

Not by Toriyama. Unless he changes his mind, which isn't too likely.

You just can't let me dream can you? **Hugs all things owned DB related**

Waitasec... how much $$ is all this? $13.86 x 42 volumes +$40 x 2 Daizenshuu +$100 for movie 1-3DVD + $30 x 3 for Bardock, Broly and Super 13 dvds =

WAAH!!!!

Who'm I kidding? I would have paid thrice that and still inted on buying at least 4 more dvds tomorrow.

Not to mention that Dragonball turns 20 this year. What more reason do they need?
