My Mexican Bootleg latest acquisition, I don't frequently upload videos but that one was for my Polish friend to be able to see it.

Is it Tarles or Evil Goku?

Hello I recentlynpurchased this licensed product of a vegeta t-shirt it is hand painted.

I think they are cool cause it is that 90s t shirt dyed pattern.

Dragon ball is being aired on regular TV in mexico currentlu and very popular in social media so I believe they wanted to take advantage of that.

I'm missing a bit of my collection since i left a box of stuff at my grandma's (who lives in another state) but from what i can remember I'm currently missing my Dragon Ball Movie 4 Pack, the first 2 DBZ Movie Packs, Dragon Ball GT Green Bricks, Fusion Reborn/Wrath Of The Dragon Blu-Ray, & Budokai HD Collection on 360 (a lot but me and her are in the works of getting it shipped to me) Lastly and Sadly my DBZ Kai DVDs are bootlegs but they get the job done so I'm not complaining.

I also found this surprisingly rare find, the first half of the Cantonese dub of GT on VCD for $50
If somebody is interested for ripping these or just having them for their collection, then you go

So...yeah, that's the first four FUNimation Dragon Boxes. They've been sitting on a shelf for years, barely played, though I will need to clean the discs a bit. How much is this worth potentially? Hypothetically speaking. I'm not sure yet if I'd sell them, I understand some consider them a holy grail of collecting in this fandom

I wouldn't sell them, not for the outrageous prices people sell boxes 2 and 4 for (several hundred at least) as its a massive disservice to the fandom (though I'm sure that's not your intention) to charge anywhere near that price. Anyone who pays that is being ripped off.

I got boxes 5-7 for maybe $60-100 but resold them for about the same price when I realised I would never be able to get all the Dragon Boxes.

I might sell them anyway honestly. I have no chance of completing them with the funds I have, and honestly they'd be put to better use in someone else's collection. I haven't taken them off the shelf in years, they've just been collecting dust, and I have other means of watching the show that I prefer anyway

Fair enough man. If you do sell them do some other fan out there a huge favour and list all four for under $100 each tops (I'd say even that is too much but they are an out of print collector's item so we'll go with that). No fan deserves to be taken advantage of (which again I know is not your intention but that is what many resellers are essentially doing) for how sought after these DVD sets are.

Hell, back in October 2016 someone here posted a thread to share an eBay listing of all 7 boxes for $400, which was super awesome of whoever was the seller to be offering fans who missed out a good deal.
