Budokai-Online New Game!

Hey everyone! I'm not too sure if this is allowed since its technically advertising, but basically I represent the Budokai Online Staff.
Budokai Online is a new browser game in which you get to choose a 3 warrior team and among those s are characters such as Goku, Piccolo, Krillin, and Yamcha.
Of course since the game is barely starting out, we do not have many characters, but we plan to release a character weekly. These updates can be expected mostly during the weekends. You could check this game out here --> https://budokai-online.com We also have a forum for the game for all our current members and for future members to come. https://budokai-online.com/forums Now that I have somewhat introduced the game, this brings us to what I really posted this for.
Currently, we have a 14 man staff, but we are looking to expand that number for update efficiency and ultimately to have more helping hands for the site's future. What we are currently looking for is Quest Writers, Character Balancers, and Gfxers. Quest writers, these are the people that write the game's story mode and missions. Balance Team iare the people that make sure a character is not too overpowered nor too weak, also if a character manages to get too weak or too strong these people will help even them out. Gfxers, these people are in charge of providing pictures for the character skills, site banners, and character face pictures. Basically I would like for you guys to check out the site and try the game and look at forums. If you see potential and would like to be a lending hand you could PM me here or PM me on Budokai-Online to the user Danny. The recruitment phase will consist of the current staff evaluating what skills or attributes you could offer to the team, a voting process will be held shortly after. As soon as the voting process is finished I will contact you with the results of your evaluation.

I have problems understanding what kind of game this is and how it plays...

It's a online multiplayer turn-based strategy game in which you use basic abilities & unique abilities that characters from the Dragon Ball Z Universe display throughout the show in order to defeat your opponent.
After you register you can play the game by running the "Arena" tab from the Main Site, choosing your team, and heading straight into battle! The game itself is click-based & you can learn more how it works by reading the Game Manual tab.
