Personally I'd like to see a Celestialsapien villain for our next arc. It's a niche Dragonball hasn't really ever touched on (they did slightly with Zamasu).

What would you like to see as the next big bad?

Id love to have a villain that gets in their head with illusions. Kinda like Scarecrow from Batman or Freddy Kreuger, this way we can see flashbacks in Vegeta and goku's life, them doubting to trust other people. Maybe even shifting sides for a little bit but we all know you can't play mind games with Vegeta It would be hard to top the Zamasu arc through action alone IMO so I think Toei exploring the field with different types of enemies instead of powerhouse ones can really be different.

As villains, Makaios and Makaioshins, including everything. Origin, concept, behavior, how they rule, how they affect their own world and the living world. Their relationship with one another, their relationship with Kaios and Kaioshins... Everything.

How so? According to Whis, Angels must remain neutral at all times. Also, they're bound to their respective Hakaishin, so unless their enemy was another God, it wouldn't happen.

Angels will be indeed the most logical step in DB excalation, but who know?

Well he'd be an evil Angel, he wouldn't be bound by the rules of being neutral. It'd be pretty interesting actually if one were to murder the God of Destruction that they were serving for some evil purpose.

Angels are more powerful than Gods so it would be a step up. It's not something they need to do anytime soon though.

They need to get at the level and surpass one of the Gods of Destruction before moving on to Angels.

Gero's Androids have nothing to do with the Angels, they're entirely different beings. Lucifer has nothing to do with it, either. You could draw conclusions with any mythology and say whatever you want, but it's unsubstantiated until we get some indication of a connection. And Angels are not the next logical step. Granted, they are a possible next step if DBS is up for a few more retcons.

Axiomatic, I mean that something told to us (no possible rebellion) indeed happened at least once. Well, almost ALL DBZ was about "they would not do it --- oh shit they did it!".

Even the opposite is unsubstantiated, without any indications, that's why we are guessing. So, in a 50-50 situation, we are both wrong and correct.

I disagree. We haven't touched on cosmic entities yet and with Super retconning a lot of things, whose to say they won't include some cosmic entities on-par with the other deities and angels? The next logical step IMHO would fall under cosmic, reality warper, Makaioshins and returning fables (ie, Super Saiyan Originals, ancient villains who needed sealing)
