Could have Vegeta's artificial moon been destroyed?

Given that it's ki that has mixed with the air to form the moon, it's clear that there's something tangible there to be destroyed. If you want to use movie #3 as reference, Tullece did end up destroying the one he created after Gohan transformed.

I figure it would be like a "two ki blasts clashing against each other" situation, and considering that making a fake moon seemed to be a bit of a drain on Vegeta it probably has a decent amount of power put into it and would take more than just a single ordinary blast from a weak character to destroy it. But yeah, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible to neutralize it with another ki blast.

i remember a filler episode where gohan transformed due to a fake moon and piccolo tried to destroy it with a blast but it simply went right through it.

In that particular filler scene, that was a literal hologram being projected by Goku's Saiya-jin space pod from when he came to Earth. It isn't/wasn't the same kind of artificial moon that Vegeta created, as Vegeta created one using his own ki mixed with the air.
