Bardock: Xeno and the Time Patrol Bardock

Is Bardock Xeno (the Bardock who was liberated from Mira's control in Online and XENOVERSE and wears a Khaki battle armor) not the same dimension/timeline version of the character as the Bardock Xeno who wears a green battle armor and joins the Time Patrol in Super Dragon Ball Heroes? How is that? And care to explain why? I'm asking this question because I heard in several places that this Bardock is not the same character from the Online/XENOVERSE Bardock at all, and I don't know if it is true.

The latest Xeno Bardock comes from another dimension, as explained in this scan from V-Jump that I asked alazakam^ to translate it here back in the day.

V-Jump is also known for providing more information about/when Heroes introduces certain characters (they generally say something about SECs. But since Bardock had his own saga in SDBH2, called "Super Bardock Saga", as you also can see in the scan, they generously said something about him too), so you may want to stay tuned to them.
