Can Any Saiyan Achieve SSJG/SSJB Under Angel Training?

Despite not undergoing the SSJG ritual, Vegeta managed to achieve SSJB after months of training with Whis. Supposing that more Saiyans had been alive to be trained by Whis or even U6's Saiyans were trained by Vados, would they all manage to learn SSJB if they took the training as seriously as Goku & Vegeta did?

Who knows. Goku and Vegeta were very advanced when they met Whis. The U6 Saiyans we know are very advanced too, and they are also very talented so it wouldn’t be a problem for them to learn about God Ki if they trained seriously under Whis. The same should apply to the half Saiyans.

But the average Saiyan would probably have to first train a lot on their own, and have talent, before even thinking of getting God. And I think very few average Saiyans would even get to Buu arc Goku and Vegeta levels, as that took them years upon years of fighting and training.
Even Gohan in the future wasn’t able to get much stronger, due to lacking the correct mentality and training experience.

In Toei's continuity, if Vegeta got it, I don't see any reason why any other Saiyan couldn't.

Depends on the prerequisites of acquiring and using god ki, in my opinion. If it's anything similar to how Caulifla gained Super Saiyan in the anime then virtually anyone could attain them. The forms aren't exactly noted for being skill intensive until the issue of wasteful power emission came into the fore and the completed state became the solution for it.

I think Vegeta is a special case. After the ritual, Vegeta somehow could feel when Goku recovered (after Beerus impaled him), and when all the others are feeling the effects of the ritual he seemed pretty normal. Also, Whis saw something in him some time later.

However, IMO an average saiyan can learn about godly ki. To me, there's other ways to achieve god ki, the ritual is just the "fastest way".

Honestly, I'd say non-canon Bardock would have advanced very fast as a fighter if he was taught by an Angel, he just seems like that kind of a person.

Before being brought to past, he probably never really encountered opponents who would pressure him to improve, and he certainly wasn't in position to challenge the likes of those who worked closely for Freeza - it would have been rebellion.

Not sure about Bardock from DBS Movie, but at the very least he seemed serious enough.

I'd say it would be the evident way of for every Saiyan that has mastered the casual forms to make substantial progression.
Now Goku and Vegeta are learning even higher skills, the other SSJ should progress somehow as well, to keep them relevant even as sidecharacters.
I'd love to see Red / Blue Kale, Caulifla, Goten, Trunks .. It may not be highly original, but it does make sense and it keeps them relevant.
Perhaps maybe Broly should not obtain God-ki, because the calmer nature of the Godforms doesn't really match up with his Berserker state of mind when powered up.

If they can survive that training, who knows? Goku and Vegeta were already uber powerful when they started that training and they barely survived.
