Dawn M. Bennett

Elizabeth K. Maxwell
Caulifa -> Ymir (104th)

Jason Liebreicht
Jhees -> Zeke Jaeger (Beast Titan)

R. Bruce Elliott

Well, yeah...they're both dubs produced by Funimation. There's no "connection," they're just pulling from the same pool of talent.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

What jjgp112 said. Both were done by Funimation so likely some actors would be on both. Some would be backwards as Attack on Titan's dub premiered before the new movies and Super did in the States. Though some guys were surprised that Bryce Papenbrook was going to be Eren since he was known more for LA dubs. Few of my buds thought it would be a Texas local like Greg Ayres.

um, this isn't anything new. They're both dubbed by Funimation,. Anime characters having the same voices as others from other since has been around since forever. But I'll play along.

Here's a few from Yu Yu Hakusho

Yusuke and Dende / Raditz / Super Buu
Kurama and Tien
Hiei and 17
Kuwabara and Vegeta / Piccolo
Keiko and Kid Trunks
Botan and Chichi
Genkai and Baba
Toguro and Cell
the principal and DB Narrator / Ginyu
that one teacher and Goku
Sensui and Adult Goten
the Doctor and Bardock

thats just off the top of my head, from one show. There's literally thousands of others.

That's a thing I like to do at conventions is take pictures of cosplayers who are voiced by the same actor/actress. More so for dub actors as those are ones I know and less on comic-based cartoons since there are so many. Have done live action ones though like the Elf King from the Hobbit movies with movie version of Ronan the Accuser and one time Han solo and Indiana Jones saying hi to each other. While those guys got it instantly, some got confused until I explained things and were like, "Oh," or they got really surprised as they weren't aware of it. Sometimes will be funny in an 'Evil me scares me!" situation like Kyon between Itachi and Alucard or Chopper and Juvia holding each other scared by Yuno doing her Yuno face. But yeah, it's something I like to do.

Though with some of the bigger longer lasting Funimation shows, I will often take notice if they have all the pre-timeskip Straw Hat Pirates in the cast and while DB isn't one, Fairy Tail and MHA do, although with both Ms. Young (Nico Robin) has only appeared as flashback characters who are deceased by present action.

Here’s a fun thing DB and AOT don’t have in common. Toriyama (to my knowledge) isn’t a nationalist who thinks the Axis powers should have won WWII.

Let's not. That's not what the conversation is about.

Yeah, if you've heard one Funimation dub you've kind of heard them all. They've got a wide pool of jobbing non-union Texans that fill out their casts. Which has been growing over the years to its credit.

Dragon Ball stands out because it includes a bunch of legacy cast members who don't do much dubbing outside of being in Dragon Ball. You won't see Sean Schemmel turn up in many dubs these days, especially Funimation ones unless he's being Goku.

So has anyone managed to check out the English dub of the Chinese cg animated film "Jiang Ziya" yet? Chris Sabat is the voice of the titular character.
