Could The ROSAT Be Used For Habitation?

Suppose that beings with high enough Ki decided they wanted to live in the ROSAT and even develop an urban settlement within, would it be possible? The door-disappearing-rule can always be bypassed with advanced technology or by Earth's Kami changing said-rule if required. Would the gravity be too much for structures to take or could the magic that keeps the ROSAT entrance be extended to fit any building materials used? What of the inhabitants? Would attempting everyday life in the chamber be too much or could they adapt like on Kaio's Planet?

It should be used as a garden for the senzu beans. They take what a year or so to grow. To grow like 3-5 on a plant? Imagine if Korin could access that room for his plants? He could grow hundreds in a year. Instead of 10-20?
