Unknown Blu-Ray origin/name

Post by Notegun » Tue Oct 17, 2023 8:06 pm

I recently got a Blu-Ray of the Majin Boo saga of DBZ, and wanted to check if it was at least decent quality (alongside the other two sagas) but I can’t find any details nor the nickname for the release. It has an orange box, but I’m pretty sure the orange box release most people think of with that has dvd only. It has 3 blu-rays with extras and JP dub, with Piccolo, Pure Boo, and Vegerot on the covers of the 3 seasons (in that order for some reason!!!?)

I’m probably being dumb and missed something, so sorry if this is an easy question to answer.
(And I’m not sure this is the right forum section? I’m new to forums sry)

Sounds like the Walmart exclusive set of Seasons 7-9 in which that case it’s just the 2014 Blu-rays repackaged.

Damn, thought Toei recently figured out how to release things on a disc.

DB as a franchise will probably come to an end long before that happens, especially with all their 16mm film series from the 80's-90's.
