If you mean skill as in martial arts applied to real world, because it's hard to compare skills in different comics if not based on real world, then there're skills, but not as effective skills in a real fight. It's more centered around Kung Fu, Karate. The latter which is really dangerous, but I really don't see much else, besides some boxing style punches from Vegeta, but overall it's a comic. Not skilled and approachable at any level if you compare them to a real tough martial artist. Grappling isn't shown, which is huge for hand to hand battle. Muay Thai is also little explored. The way the characters hit isn't all that realistic with the way martial artists hit... 0 ground knowledge. Not many creative faints, to induce the opponent, submission game. It's just a fantasy story, very uniskilled compared to anyone who's a real mma fighter. It's just unrealistic style, more like those kung fu movies that portray cool battling choreography but isn't even close to the level of hardcore mma fighters, since it seems more like made for entertainment, seems more like dancing. Martial arts for real fights revolve a lot around solid Muay Thai, boxing knowledge, and wresr, grappling, with Jiu Jitsu as a strong weapon too, very good feints, wearing down in the clinch while landing solid punches and threatening take downs, knowing your distance and acting according to it, knowing when to close it and step in and when to pull back, get the timing and prepare counterattacks, or induce your opponent with certain combos and land different ones, solid leg and calf kicks, oblique kicks. They're skilled in a comedy way, not irl martial arts. I don't even know if AT knows much about martial arts. He's familiar with Chinese style fights I guess, which is way cooler to be depicted in a manga because it's more unrealistic... In real life though, anyone without their strength and with their level of skills, would be bodied by whoever practices very effective combat martial arts, such as elite wrestlers.
