[Request] The Original Dragon Ball Z Anime with Kai Dialogue

This may be a very specific project, but I wonder if anyone ever did a serious attempt at doing an ultimate reconstructed English Dub of Dragon Ball Z, but uses the Uncut Z Dub, Kai, and even some lines from the various video games? I might have seen a clip or two here & there, but I'd really like to see someone make the entire series like that.
